I. Production terms.

ctmalbum.com produces paid and bank-confirmed orders. Once the bank has confirmed payment of the order, an acceptance letter is sent.

If the order is not paid within 7 days, it is cancelled.

Orders are produced within 7 days.

We also deliver to USA and AUSTRALIA.

III. Returns

Defects in the goods sold shall be rectified and defective goods shall be replaced and returned in accordance with Order No 217 of 29 June 2001 of the Minister of the Economy “On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Replacement of Goods” and Order No 258 of the Minister of the Economy “On the Approval of the Rules for the Sale of Goods and the Provision of Services in the Case of Contracts Concluded by means of Communication” of 17 August 2001.

The Buyer shall have the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase and sale of goods with the Seller by notifying the Seller in writing (by e-mail, indicating the item(s) to be returned and the order number) no later than within 7 (seven) working days from the date of receipt of the item(s). The Buyer may exercise this right of withdrawal provided that the goods have not been damaged or substantially altered in appearance. Changes in the appearance of the goods or their packaging which were necessary for inspection cannot be regarded as substantial changes in appearance. An expert examination may be ordered where there is a dispute as to the appearance of the goods. The costs of such an examination shall be borne by the party at fault.

If the Buyer withdraws from the contract of sale, the goods shall be returned at the Buyer’s expense within 15 days of the Buyer’s written notice of withdrawal.

In order to return the Goods, the Buyer must fill in a return document and submit it together with the Goods to be returned.

The following conditions must be complied with when the Buyer returns the goods:

– the returned goods must be in their original packaging in good condition;

– the goods must be undamaged by the Buyer;

– the goods must be in good condition (no damaged labels, no peeled protective films, etc.). This clause does not apply in the case of a return of low quality goods. Changes to the appearance of the goods or their packaging which were necessary for the inspection of the goods shall not be considered to be a substantial change to the appearance of the goods;

– the returned goods must be in the same condition as when received by the Buyer;

– when returning the Goods, the proof of purchase (if any) and the completed return slip must be presented.

The Buyer may deliver the returned goods to the Shop himself during the working days and hours of the Shop, by prior arrangement with the Shop’s staff, by the means of communication indicated in the Contacts section, or by courier of his choice or by the Seller’s courier service.

In the case of returns of goods received in the wrong condition and/or goods of poor quality, the Seller undertakes to collect such goods as soon as possible and replace them with similar suitable goods. In the event that the Seller does not have equivalent goods, the Seller shall refund the money paid for the item(s) and for the delivery of the item(s) to the Buyer.

The characteristics and sizes of each item sold by the Shop shall be indicated in general terms in the description of each item. The manufacturer grants a guarantee of the quality of the goods for a certain period of time for certain types of goods, the specific term and other conditions of which are set out in the descriptions of such goods.

In the event that the Manufacturer does not provide a guarantee of the quality of the goods for certain types of goods, the guarantee provided for by the relevant legislation shall apply.

In cases where a period of fitness for a particular purpose is prescribed by law in respect of particular goods, the Seller undertakes to sell such goods to the Buyer in such a way that the Buyer is given a realistic opportunity to make use of such goods before the expiry of the period of fitness for a particular purpose.

The Seller shall not be liable for the fact that the colour, shape or other parameters of the goods in the Shop may not correspond to the actual size, shape and colour of the goods due to the characteristics of the display used by the Buyer.
